Vaccine can be only diluted in cold drinking water, free of any disinfectants. The diluted vaccine is applied in such volumes of water, which poultry can drink within 1 to 2 hours from the moment the vaccine was diluted. Fowls should not be given any water before vaccination in order to assure quick consumption of water containing the vaccine.
Storage: Store is a dark and dry place at the temperature between 2 °c and 8 °c.

Live vaccine against infectious bursitis in poutry (Gumboro disease), lyophilized
Composition – 1 vaccination dose:
Virus bursitidis infectiosae avium min. 104.0 TCID50 , max. 105.3 TCID50 in one dose
Excipients: Nutrimentum pro lyophilisatione
After vaccination, the immunity arises in one to two weeks and at broilers it lasts until the end of feeding period and at layers to the end of laying period. The chickens in endangered flocks should be revaccinated in one to two weeks and chickens in rearing should be revaccinated again at the age of seven weeks.
Indication: For preventive vaccination against avian infectious bursal disease (Gumboro disease).

Contraindication: It is not recommended to vaccinate ill fowls.
The application of any other live vaccine is not allowed sooner than in a week. By not keeping this period, especially with the same application method of live vaccines, the rise of immunity is limited.
